The Forestry Professions Act

The Forestry Professions Act came into effect April 27, 2006 and the most recent reversion was 2024. 

The 2013 amendment allowed the ASFP to operate as a Right to Practice organization.

Bylaws

The Association of Saskatchewan Forestry Professionals is governed by its bylaws, which were adopted on September 7, 2006 and amended in 2007, 2008, 2013, 2015, 2018 and replaced in 2022.
